ABOUT THE AUTHOR OF THE BOOK

Jill Castle, MS, RDN, CDN, is a child nutrition expert, and a contributor to Sporting Kid magazine, a representative to the Youth Sports Safety Alliance, and the mother of four young athletes. She writes about sports nutrition for websites and sports organizations, and is the coauthor of Fearless Feeding. She lives in New Canaan, Connecticut.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR OF THE STUDY GUIDE

Cynthia Sileo, MS, RDN earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Foods from Drexel University, and earned her Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport.
Cynthia has 19 years of clinical experience in long-term care, home care and acute care. Cynthia is currently an Account Executive with Nestlé Health Science.
